Set-up Device
If you're already logged in to your Android device, you can skip this step
- Power on your Android tablet or mobile device.
- Select your preferred language and confirm your region and Wi-Fi network.
- Sign in with your Google account (if you haven't already) for app downloads from the Play Store.
Preparing The Device (Enable Installation of APKs)
To install APK files, you need to allow installation from unknown sources.
- Go to the device's "Settings" menu.
- Scroll down to "Security" (or "Privacy" depending on your Android version).
- Look for the "Install unknown apps" or "Install from unknown sources" option.
- Select the app (e.g., Chrome, File Manager, or Downloader) that you will use to download the APK.
- Toggle the option to allow "Install unknown apps" for that app.
Important: Only install APKs from trusted sources to avoid potential security risks.
Downloader Setup (Installing The APK)
Use the Downloader app or any browser to fetch and install the APK.
- Search for "Downloader" in the Google Play Store and install it on your Android device.
- Open the Downloader app after installation.
- In the main screen of the Downloader app, tap the URL search box.
- Enter the APK download code:

- Tap "Go" to start downloading the iSwitchTV APK file.
- Once the download is complete, follow the on-screen prompts to install the APK.
- Once the installation finishes, tap "Done" to exit the Downloader app.
- Navigate to your device’s home screen and open the newly installed iSwitchTV app.
Logging in to iSwitchTV
Access the iSwitchTV app and log in with your credentials.
- Open the iSwitchTV app from your home screen or app drawer.
- Enter your username and password, then click "Login" to access the content.
Tip: If you don’t remember your login details, check your welcome email or contact support.
Troubleshooting
- APK fails to install: ensure Unknown sources are enabled for Downloader and that there is no other "SMARTERS PRO" application installed.
- App stuck on login: if you are stuck on login (Loading loop) go in to app settings on your fire device and clear cache and app data.
