Set-up macOS (From unboxing)

If you are already logged in to your macOS device, you can skip this step

Power on your Mac and follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup.
Ensure your device is connected to the internet and has access to your Wi-Fi network.
Log in with your Apple ID (this is required for downloading apps from the Mac App Store).

Allow your Mac to install applications from external sources.

Go to the Apple menu () in the top left corner and select "System Preferences".
Click on "Security & Privacy".
Under the "General" tab, find "Allow apps downloaded from" and select "Anywhere" (or "App Store and identified developers" if you prefer more restrictions).
If you cannot change this setting, click the lock icon in the bottom-left corner and authenticate with your admin password.

Important: Only download DMG files from trusted sources to avoid security risks.

Prepare to download and install iSwitchTV via the DMG file.

Open Safari (or any browser) and navigate to the following URL: https://iswitchtv.com/install/mac/iswitchtv.dmg
Click the "Download" button to download the DMG file to your Mac.
Once the download is complete, open the DMG file from your Downloads folder. A new window will appear with the iSwitchTV installer.
Drag the iSwitchTV app icon to the "Applications" folder in the installer window.
The installation will complete once the application is copied to your Applications folder.
Once done, you can eject the DMG by clicking the eject button next to it in Finder.

Log in to the iSwitchTV application after installation.

Open the iSwitchTV app from your "Applications" folder or Launchpad.
Enter any name in the "Any Name" field, followed by the provided username and password.
Click "Login" and you are ready to start watching content!

Tip: Your login information can be found in your welcome email. If you misplaced the email, please contact support.
