Set-up Windows Device (Log In and Prepare)

If you are already logged in to your Windows device, you can skip this step.

  1. Ensure you are logged in to your Windows computer with an account that has administrator privileges.
  2. If you have a firewall or antivirus software, make sure it doesn't block the download.

Download the Installation File

Download the iSwitchTV installer directly to your Windows desktop.

  1. Open your web browser and go to the following link: Download iSwitchTV Setup.
  2. Click on the link to start downloading the `.exe` file.
  3. Once the file is downloaded, locate the `software.exe` file in your Downloads folder or on the desktop.

Install iSwitchTV

Follow the steps to install the iSwitchTV application on your Windows desktop.

  1. Double-click the downloaded `software.exe` file to begin the installation process.
  2. If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click "Yes" to allow the application to make changes to your device.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. You may be asked to accept the terms of the license agreement and choose an installation directory.
  4. Once installation is complete, click "Finish" to close the installer.
  5. The iSwitchTV application should now be available in your Start Menu or on your Desktop. Double-click the icon to open it.

Logging in to iSwitchTV

Log in to your iSwitchTV account to start using the application.

  1. Launch the iSwitchTV application from your desktop or Start Menu.
  2. Enter your username and password, which were provided in your welcome email.
  3. Click "Login" and you will be ready to start streaming content!
